- Shipping times are based on order approval. Most orders are approved, activated and shipped within 1 - 2 business day of being paid; but in some cases, the carrier may delay approval due to circumstances beyond our control. If the carrier requires additional information or a deposit to approve your order, we will contact you immediately via e-mail and/or phone, so when you place your order, be sure to provide an e-mail address and phone number that you check regularly.

 

- We offer up to multiple shipping options for most of our ship-to destinations, with both trackable and non-trackable options. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and in some areas, your local post. Depending on your specific ship-to destination, we may have fewer shipping methods available.

 

- Free Shipping on orders over $500 is for ups ground service within the mainland 48 states only. It does NOT apply to Hawaii and Alaska. COD service fee will be applied for free shipping. Free shipping is only for product purchased from the warehouse -FoundX. Products with special discount will not be accounted for Free Shipping order total.
